Removing a Hearth for a wood stove? - wood stove hearth
We bought recently home of a bank. Apparently the owner has the wood stove, and took it with them. The wall opposite the basement is half-wall height. The house is a few feet into the room. It seems a bit different, but http://www.flickr.com/photos/serenityshe the same idea ...
My question is: Is it OK to it with a hammer and chisel work or is there a possibility that the house is the anchor thing.

Under the assumption that the basement is concrete, the house is probably adhered to the floor with tape short. Do not support something special. Use a scraper for removing tiles used. A long handle allows you to leverage and move on hands and knees cleaning execption. However, working with a hammer and chisel.
The house was probably made by the stone on top of the basement.
try to lose a few of them I am sure you will find that they are different from all others.
How could go home, something ...??? anchor
get a big hammer
No, it would be better to come and should be fairly easy ...
